Message from Dish Network customer-- Cernousek
I've made the switch from cable to DISH less than 6 months
ago and I am so happy with the change. After comparing the major
players DISH Network was the way to go. Now with DISH I receive
more channels and have a DVR, which I can record off one receiver
while I watch another channel and it only is costing me 50 cents
more a month. Now that's what I call real value. The real plus
is the people working for DISH. DISH employees were friendly when
I placed my order and the installation went smooth. They even
called us later to check and see how we were doing and if we had
any questions. You don't get that with Cable. Thanks a lot, sorry
it took me so long to change but I'm sure spreading the word now!

I cannot live without DISH because there simply is no other
acceptable way to watch TV here. I tried cable TV 9 years ago,
and found it to be such a rip-off for very poor service that after
only 2 months I had it taken out and DISH installed. I have never
been sorry and never looked back. I will never even consider cable
again!

I live in a rural area and up until I got DISH Network I
could only get 4 channels and one of those was iffy some days!
Man, when I found out I could get a small satellite dish and get
several rooms wired too, I was ecstatic about it! It brought the
20th century to the country!

as a mystery shopper, I can tell you from experience that customer
service as good as yours is a rare find. If I was an investor
I would invest in your company, which has clearly put forth an
effort of great proportions to not only offer a service, but offer
it well.
