Yes, Dish Network is now offering Customer Support
via your remote control. You can make changes below to your account
through channel 100.
- Pay your bill online
- Add programming to your account
- View your current billing statement
- View previous billing statements
- Check recent account activity
- Sign up for Credit Card Auto-Pay (CCA)
- Update expiration date for Credit Card Auto-Pay
(CCA)
- Subscribe to the DISH Entertainment Magazine or
DISH Flicks
- Add an extended warranty to your equipment
- View the billing Terms and Conditions
- Read important messages from DISH Network
- Change your email address
- Pay your bill with a one time check payment.
However, if you would like to have one of the following
things changed, you must call DISH Network Customer Service Center at
1-800-333-3474.
- Change your addresses (billing and/or physical)
- Change your phone number or change/add an alternate phone number
- Make name corrections or add/remove a name on an account.
- Remove programming or services
- Change account information for CCA or Eft
- Activate paperless billing (stop receiving paper statements in
the mail)
