Yes, Dish Network is now offering Customer Support via your remote control. You can make changes below to your account through channel 100.

  1. Pay your bill online
  2. Add programming to your account
  3. View your current billing statement
  4. View previous billing statements
  5. Check recent account activity
  6. Sign up for Credit Card Auto-Pay (CCA)
  7. Update expiration date for Credit Card Auto-Pay (CCA)
  8. Subscribe to the DISH Entertainment Magazine or DISH Flicks
  9. Add an extended warranty to your equipment
  10. View the billing Terms and Conditions
  11. Read important messages from DISH Network
  12. Change your email address
  13. Pay your bill with a one time check payment.

However, if you would like to have one of the following things changed, you must call DISH Network Customer Service Center at 1-800-333-3474.

  1. Change your addresses (billing and/or physical)
  2. Change your phone number or change/add an alternate phone number
  3. Make name corrections or add/remove a name on an account.
  4. Remove programming or services
  5. Change account information for CCA or Eft
  6. Activate paperless billing (stop receiving paper statements in the mail)
